Privacy policy.

How we handle the data you entrust to us — with the same discretion we apply to every transaction.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Boxtermedia SpA, with offices at Raúl Labbé 12.650, Of. 801, Lo Barnechea, Santiago, Chile. You can reach us at contact@boxtermedia.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form, by email or via WhatsApp: name, phone number, email address, inquiry type and whatever description of your situation you choose to share. This site uses no tracking cookies, advertising pixels or visitor-identifying analytics.

3. What we use it for

Your data is used exclusively to answer your inquiry, assess the transaction you propose to us, and maintain the communication you initiate. We send no mass marketing, share no lists, and never sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis and confidentiality

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form or write to us, and of the pre-contractual steps you request when proposing a transaction. Given the patrimonial and family nature of the inquiries we receive, all information is handled under strict confidentiality and is known only to the team assessing the transaction. We sign non-disclosure agreements from the first meeting where the situation warrants it.

5. Who processes data on our behalf

This site's form is processed by Netlify, Inc. (our web-hosting provider), which stores submissions securely so we can read them. The site's typefaces are served from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google's servers. If you write to us on WhatsApp, that communication is additionally governed by WhatsApp's (Meta's) own terms and privacy policy. These providers receive from us no more information than is strictly necessary to operate the service.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry data while the conversation or transaction is active and, once closed, for as long as necessary to meet legal, accounting or contractual obligations. If your inquiry does not lead to a transaction, you may ask us to delete your data at any time.

7. Your rights

Under Chilean Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life and Law No. 21.719 — which replaces it as of 1 December 2026 —, you may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and, under the new law, data portability. Simply write to contact@boxtermedia.com stating the right you wish to exercise; we reply by the next business day at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

8. Security

The site is served entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and stored on our hosting provider's platform, with access restricted to the Boxtermedia team.

9. Changes to this policy

If we amend this policy, the current version and its date will be published here. Substantial changes will be communicated to anyone with an active transaction.
